Didirikan pada Agustus 2020, OD.ID menjadi wadah bagi praktisi Organization Development di seluruh Indonesia untuk berbagi body of knowledge — budaya kerja yang serupa, cara memandang masalah, teknik penyelesaian, dan nilai profesional — melalui grup WhatsApp dan Telegram. Awal 2026, OD.ID sudah mencapai 1.024 anggota.Founded in August 2020, OD.ID brings Organization Development practitioners across Indonesia together to share a body of knowledge — a common work culture, ways of framing problems, problem-solving techniques and professional values — through WhatsApp and Telegram groups. In early 2026, OD.ID reached 1,024 members.
